NETeller Now Leaving Canadians out in the Cold

Canadians are no longer able to withdraw funds from NETeller unless they have a NETeller card and access to an ATM machine that will accept it.

NETeller will no longer issues checks or do ETF's for Canadian customers. This situation is quickly becoming a problem for Canadians with money in NETeller as they will have no way to access their money.

The official response from NETeller customer service said that “You will still be able to use your NETeller account to securely send funds to friends and family with our peer-to-peer service, transfer funds to non-gambling sites and withdraw funds from your NETeller account at an ATM using the NETeller card."

This is just another example of NETeller doing a huge disservice to their customers. They caved into the United States and abandoned all of their U.S. customers who are still waiting for their money today. Canadians with money in NETeller can’t feel very comfortable about getting it out anytime soon.
